The kids from Rohingya refugee camp have no school to learn education, no health facility. They have no life of kids. This kid is rounding for somethings in the camp for his family.

Such hardship and wisdom in this young beautiful face, makes me want to scoop him up and show him what childhood is all about. This would make a great fund raising photo for UNICEF or Amnesty Int.
On a technical note, I would have clone out, or obscured your twisted reflection in his eyes.
