Sorry but this image is totally tasteless!!!!!!!!!!!!
I know that there is so many traditions all over the world but I don't understand what is the point to post pictures like this one.
Now about composition.... : it is just like snap shot, reflections in car window - bad thing and it is tilt to the right.

Are you satisfied with this shot? do you think that this shot must be seen by the world. you could have posted some celebration shots of Bakar-eid.

i am sorry for this kid who is standing at the car, this girl is too young to see blood! No educated society allow their kids to roam around blood.

and technicaly as everybody told you that this is not a good shot. as far as i think you have focused your aim at this hanging animal and your subject is framed centeraly against the rules.
background is not at all impressive and even the right side of the wall has no paint and colourless wall always gives a tasteless effect.
the reflection on the car window is a big distraction.
