Was out for a walk with family over the Christmas period and went upto Heavens Gate at Longleat. The sky through the trees looked really nice so I thought I would see what it would come out like.
I wasn't stood quite near the edge enough so had to crop out some of the ground from the shot. Still doesn't look quite as good as real life though.
Cropped, sharpened slightly and resized. |

Hello Karen,I like the 'bare bones' of the trees with the weak wintery sun showing through.I think that the cropping works well.

hi, Karin. You really captured the character of the trees in winter. Sure looks like winter atmosphere with absolutely no leaves. Good clarity of even the small twigs.
