"The navigator". This is another fantasy portrait belonging to the series "les ombres chinoises" showing my friend Serge behind a bedsheet.The image was cropped and I played with the saturation and the balance of colors.This photo is dedicated to all the sea lovers and its sailors! ---------------------------------------------------------------"Le Navigateur" Voici une autre photo fantaisiste appartenant a ma serie sur les "ombres chinoises" ou j'ai pris mon bon ami Serge au travers d' un grand drap blanc en jouant avec plusieurs sources de lumiere.J'ai "croppe" l'image et joue avec la saturation et la balance des couleurs.Cette photo est dediee a tous les amoureux de la mer et ses voyageurs!

Esthétiquement une réussite de mon point de vue. un bon équilibre des formes dans cette compo onirique.
*** j'aime vraiment beaucoup ***
Mon seul regret, et c'est de ma faute, je n'avais qu'à pas lire la note, c'est que je ne retrouve pas la mer dans cette image. Mon imagination n'a rien voulu savoir :-)

Beau retour à ta série des ombres chinoises, Michel. Intéresant de voir le devant du modèle très découpé, et l'arrière en filigrane. A mon avis, le genre de photos qui ne demande pas de manipulation même si dans ce cas, ça fonctionne. Beau travail!

Très belle image Michel, l'ombre dans l'ombre... Épurée mystérieuse, du grand Nova!

O grand voyageur devant l'éternel. Je vous fais remarquer que votre ami Serge, semble avoir fait un détour par l'égypte. Je dois dire que la disposition fait penser à cette coiffure typique aux pharaons! C'est très intéressant! Harmonieux malgré l'intensité extrême de l'ombre!

Amazing composition. You have a very good imagination! Ever thought of removing the part at the bottom left corner? It will give better balance.

i loved this series of yours Michel and it's great to see you experimenting more in different ways with it :-) this is so cool! well.. i've never been to happy on boats but i love the sea... just to stare out on it when your heart is full of troubles can be one of the best therepies... :-)

Reminds me of an ancient Eygptian - very well manipulated image :)

Another success behind the bedsheet, Michel! I really like the stark black contrast with the softness of the gauze-life effect of the sheeting. Interesting profile and intuitive processing work. Well done....:O)
