Olivares, alcaparras y trigales.

Ganados, ciervos y sembrados.

Madroños, chaparros y jarales,

entre lomas, umbrías y vallados.


Campiñas de hogazas y hombre,

cátedras de sudores y esperanza.

Páramos en misterio de hambre,

entre surcos, arrugas y andanza.


Extracto de aceituna molturada,

mano y agricultor en tierra brava.

Obrero callado en la hondonada,

entre cosidos y albarcas nadaba.


Naveros en demostración y gozo,

productores de aderezos y migas.

Nativos en solidaridad y esbozo,

entre olivas, serranías y espigas.
