this is another shot when the last time we went to hattah.. foggy and cold weather during that time..

just give a snap of this beautiful drama of the clouds..

using polarizer set my camera in program mode
set the exposure compenstion in -1
adjust level, clone, burn apply photo filter..
here's the result..

Hi Bhot,

You seemed to have a passion for landscapes so I feel I need to give you some honest critiques:

- the sky is dramatic enough, even without a photo filter. The unnatural colors are simply not helping.

- the halos on the mountains are very noticeable. halos are a big no no in landscapes. did you do selective post processing on the sky and/or the foreground?

- the foreground contains a lot of clutter, its too dark, and does not contain a single point of interest that can be used as anchor.

If you wanted to put emphasis on the clouds, a much lower POV is necessary, IMHO. That way you'll be providing the viewers the illusion of a much wider sky, thus putting the focus on the clouds you wanted.

My two cents worth ;)
