Just a candle burning in some house here in Torino.
I took it because i like the orange light against the dark and the details of the wax, like the little air bubbles in it.

great image...candle...burning for only a brief moment...releasing wonderful light...yes, moments are sometimes all we have...but sometimes we can make the moments to last forever, if we only try hard enough.

This image reminded me of a certain song. Very silly song actually...Do you know Leave a light on for me? I have that song in my mind right now...leave a light on for me
cause when the world takes me away, you are still the air that I breathe...

Just like a candle...

Now I got carried away with my words...as usual. Cris will know it...me and my loooooooong critiques. :)

la candela e' molto bella e la luce calda da' al tutto un'atmosfera molto spirituale.
hai fatto bene a non ritoccarla, va bene cosi com'e' con lo sfondo nero =)
perlomeno sul mio laptop vedo lo sfondo quasi nero, ma non ci giurerei che sia cosi (il display e' vecchio e perde colpi) - tuttavia se hai misurato la luce partendo dalla candela, lo sfondo dovrebbe essere molto scuro - o mi sbaglio..?
