Hey Walter,
I like the tile pattern around the fountain and the fact you caught this pigeon(i guess)just hanging out. Some really good light would make this shot for me.
I'm giving you a smiley more for the placement of the signature and the reflection of your signature in the water.
That's great.

This pigeon looks a funny model to your picture.. hehe.. BTW I love these typical portuguese tiles. I like your idea to sign your name on he bottom of the composition reflection on the water:)
