A really interesting shot - I assume that the bracelet and the baby teeth(?) belong to the same child? The use of the blue beads adds a dash of colour (although the pp work seems a little rushed - the colouration of the beads isn't smooth). The composition is really strong and I love the tones in the b&w conversion - a nice tonal range through the whole frame.
As a final suggestion I'd also say that its a good idea to include a photographers note with your pictures, to explain how or why you took a particular shot or what PP work your did (and why).
