[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Native shrub with dense, dark green shoots and vicious spines giving the appearance of an evergreen. From March to May and often late summer a dazzling feast of colour is given by the fragrant pea-like vibrant yellow flowers. Thrives in poor, dry acid soils, but suitable for any well drained soil. Sunny position.

Amazing lighting....I like how the whole photo is yellow, not just the flower in focus. Lovely sharp and the DOF is used to great effect.

TFS,

Cadi

Nice clear macro of the gorse. I dont think Ive seen it this close up but it does look lovely on the hillsides. TFS
warm regards
David
PS I might have been tempted to crop off a little on the right hand side

excellent colors and details.

A super macro of an often overlooked flower - nice sharp details and you've really captured that vibrant yellow synonymous with gorse.
Thanks for sharing
