People are very resourceful when it comes to thinking of ways to come up with money. I saw these two men while strolling along busy chicago. They were trying to collect money by strutting their moves. Looks easy but not when the temperature is chilling at 20's (degrees fahrenheit). And the silver man? He stood stead from 3 in the afternoon upto midnight, with very minimal movement.
