The movement and light are really enhanced by the composition you found.
Nice catch and nice colors. Perhaps I 'd tried to sharpen and increase the contrast. It looks like a scan...is that right ?

Your composition is good and motion blur works well here. Well done.

My comments: -
1. WHAT IS THE HAIR DOING ON UPPER CENTRE OF PICTURE - clean scanner or clean ccd - many black dots all over.
2. increase contrast and brightness slightly to bring details of the pavement and texture of building. Sky would also be more dramatic.

This is another success pic but you should make disapear the hair on top center. and should put some note guidelines.
