Welcome to TL community with your 1st post entry of a sunrise scenery showing nice color tone of the sky and reflection on the water. It is good to see that you have managed to level the horizon so nicely, although I think the boat is well placed in a good position, its roof is covering a part of horizon (minor point).
It is helpful if you tell us more about this photo with your note because it looks to be very well composed and you have good knowledge of photography.
