[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This was taken in school at the field. This was our last day of our NSTP-CWTS. We were getting ready for our practical test so while others were busy practicing, others were busy talking. I saw some of my classmates talking and so I took a shot of them. These 3 are my classmates. I took many shots but I chose this.

This was a colored shot but I turned it into sepia to give a mood and a feeling. Cropped, sharpened; brightness, contrast and saturation adjusted using PhotoFiltre.

Hi Irene

As with previous shots, I think you could do better in terms of subject choice - as well as point-of-view, composition, and indeed timing.

This is another point-and-shoot moment, rather than a photograph you have carefully constructed, directed your subjects in terms of pose and expression, and considered for angles, background, etc.

Point-and-shoot shots like this have a place in the photo album but 'fine photography' they are not.

My suggestion is that you think about choosing an iconic subject - a school book? - or create a more controlled portrait of a classmate, to illustrate your feelings about this particular time.
