[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The"Madonna and Child"(1504-5) by Michelangelo Buanarotti is carved in Carrara marble.Originally it was intented for an altar in the Cathedral of Sienna but the Mouscron family of Bruges bought it and gave to Our Lady's Church.
It is one of the few works by Michelangelo outside Italy.

Hi Yuri. I like the photo of this statue but the candles are too near and the sculpture is far away. The lighting in old churches is usually not that good inspite of that you good job. Cheers.
