Long time no see!

Very nice portrait shot, the girls are looking great with smile and good direct eye contact. I think their pose is very well done here in the composition.

On your PS work, perhaps you have to learn more because it will allow you to use the magic wand or lasso selection to take out the BG or modify it.

I like the portrait, very sharp and good exposure with flash.

A very nice photo of these two friends together...they have very lovely faces and warm smiles. I usually enjoy the candid shots on TrekEarth very much, but your photo of these two posing here stands out. The one one the left has the softest eyes...which I think really makes her face quite special. She has that unique quality that would seem to light up a room when she enters. Very nicely done.
