[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My other niece Mai-Mai, the sister of Patricia is another pretty young woman. Mai is the more athletic of the two sisters having played soccer when she was in college. She posed for me on this picture. This was taken in their home and as I promised her I cropped the part of the clothes as she was wearing a house dress and no make-up on her face. The light coming from the window was all I have for lighting..

PP: Adjusted levels control; Increased saturation by +4; Isolated the area at her back and darkened it some more; Sharpened using USM; Removed noise using Noiseware; Cropped and framed.

Oh, she's so beautiful that I couldn't say this portrait is bad under any circumstances!!! Good work, I like it a lot. Good light, colours... everything!

When I saw the thumbnail I thought this was one of Manny's shots. Please take that as a compliment. Your portrait shots are very good. My only thought is that the reflection in her eyes is quite large. She doesn't need make up as she is beautiful just the way she is.

nice portrait, but i think the right side is to dark, i miss detail. there is also a strange thing going on in her eyes, i think reflection, but it gives a freaky sight.

This is a beautiful portrait Andre of a beautiful girl. You did a very good PP. Very well done.

Your niece has plenty of natural beauty and you captured it well with this portrait. I love how you PP this photo also. I'll have to try your techniques one of these days.

The smoothness of this portrait reminds me of Manny's work (as cloverstar also said).

Mai-Mai is really a pretty young woman and you made here a great natural portrait of her. Light is soft, colours too, I don't think her eyes need some more PP : I like them as they are. This is a good work. Thanks for share,
