Hi Margarita - I'm probably going to seem a little harsh but this photo is very blurred. I suspect because of the long exposure without a tripod.. Now if you head down the road to the Mall of the Emirates you'll find Grand Stores and they sell all kinds and sizes of tripods. If you want to do night photography I really suggest that you make this small investment..
Also on the negative side you have posted no notes - so you haven't let us know your technique or intenetions. It helps us to critique you better if you leave notes.

On the plus side you've captured the colour of the Burj well.

γεια σου Μαργαριτα και καλως ορισες στο TL.
ειναι αρκετα καλη η φωτο σου ( αν και λιγο κουνημενη, προκειται για ληψη στο χερι μαλλον με αργη ταχυτητα. ηθελες στηριγμα-τριποδο) εχει ωραια χρωματα και καλη συνθεση.
