This is the photograph of a nest constructed by the Red Vented Bulbul (Pycnonotus cafer) in my garden. As you can see she had laid 3 eggs there.
Alas !! nothing could be spared from the wrath of AILA, the cyclonic storm that hit us terribly on 25-05-2009 leaving a trail of devastated lives & property.
These eggs represent the lost souls which could not even see the light of this earth. |
