[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This young woman was patiently awaiting her turn to order her drink at a local festival (for Frank : Mechelsepleinfeesten ;-) ) She had the kind of skin, looks and elegance that would suit a model. The lowering sun and other lightsources/reflections, added the final touch.
The picture was only for 99 % sharp due to the long shuttertime (1/80 sec at ISO 400). In the PP I tried a comic-ish set of filters, blended with a pencil-stroke copy.
I hope you like it, if not... give me a suggestion.

When first saw this I taught it was a cover book from an Harlequin book that my daughter used to read
when she was younger.
