Um casal de louva-deus fazendo amor sobre um pé de araçá.
Os louva-a-deus são insetos grandes, predadores que caçam armando emboscadas para suas presas.
Muitas vezes, após a cópula, a fêmea mata o macho e come parte do corpo dele. Um interessante comportamento.

The mantis are large insects. They are voracious predators and arming ambush to hunt their prey.
Many times, after mating, the female kills the male and eats part of his body. An interesting behavior. |

I had watch a TV program about these insects. The female will kill the male after this... So sad!

Interesting subject and good capture. To my opinion, the colors are a bit dull. I would add contrast and decrease gamma (I use Photofiltre for such simple editing effects).
