The Shawarma is indeed a delicacy among the arabs in the middle east.

Actually I would say more a delicacy amongst the Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis because its the only food they can afford....

Photographically this could be a lot better - the shwarma being heated is fairly sharp but the man is just either out of focus or blurred from movement (I think blur from moving). Sadly your photo date doesn't include shutter speed or aperture or ISO setting so I can't help with the photographic technicalities..
The meat is also a little over exposed where the light is shining on it. It's an interesting subject - potentially very good for photos but I think you need to go back to the shwarma shop and give this another go..
If I sound like I'm being harsh about this I'm not - I often go back to reshoot something that I mess up...

Interesting shot!Doing kebab introduces curiously.
Wonderful colours and light,good sharpness.
Well done.
Greetings
Tadeusz

interesting shot to share daily life activities.Yes Its the food which only we Asians from subcontinent can enjoy.I think good POV and a ws can address the problems as indicated by David else no problem for a reshoot I suppose.TFS

yes I agree with Mr. David what he says regarding the shot.
However the Remark made by Mr. David that Indians, Pakistanis and Bangladeshis can only efford Swarma, seem a bit out of place in this forum where views on Photography ONLY are discussed.
It has really hurt my sentiments as an Indian.
