On my way from Singapur to Frankfurt we flew over Afghanistan ... miles over miles the landscape of hills and these shadows of the clouds ... these shadows remind me to the Rohrschach Test used by some traditional psychanalysts ...

I add 2 more pics of the landscape of Afghanistan on a workshop

Nino,

I like this almost-surreal picture. I do agree with you on the Rohrschach Test..Let me see what I'll see..hmm..I see people arguing about something and I see broken hearts..anyhow..good one!

Very clear and good picture! You were lucky who could see so much of the landscape. Looks dry and forgotten by God.....

I had missed that one! If Ben Ladden is hiding somewhere in those mountains,I can understand now how difficult it can be to find someone there! Great photo, very impressive! Well shot! Michel

Hi Nino, what a great photo from the sky that you took here. I also looked at your altered photo #2 and it is just as good. But I am not so found of the #3.

Here you have great contrast on the landscape, the brown and the black, against the white clouds. Really nice pov. Not to mention great dof. Very clear.

Great work. Take care, Yan

P.s. I don't know anything about the Rohrschach test yet :)

Great view!
Congrats.

wow that country looks awsome..the desert is like a wrinkled chocolate bar or something.
very nice with the clouds as well. ;]

Woah, great shot!

Aimee

Always bring your camera on a plane! Great use of the opportunity for this one.

Hi Nino, Good POV looking down onto this remote part of the world. It is always good to see photos from above. Good notes also. TFS. Murray.
