Another picture taken yesterday morning.

This time i used the flah, so its a lot lighter. Does it look real enough tho? I am quite interested to know what you think!

And, if anyone knows the name of those plant i would love to know it, i never realized these cactus plants were making such beautiful flowers at winter time, we see them everywhere in NZ at the moment!

Shot in RAW.

A very interesting and beautiful plant. Lovely composition and I like the lighting and detail. Excellent pov. TFS

Hi Laurent,
An ample DOF and a fabulous POV for this nice perspective!
Ecellent lighting and focusing.
A nice vertical format commencing from these cactus plants to the sea with that beautiful islet.
A pleasing composition in a neat frame.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

Hello, LuDivine!
A peculiar arrangement. Flowers and beach. The results was great! I like of the perspective used!
This plants are not cacti. Are the family Liliaceae (AGAVACEAE), lily family! The name this is Aloe! Here, in Brasil, is a plant which has the leaves used to treat hair.
Wonderful picture! Congratulations!

Abraço,
Shyguek

Hello LuDivine,it is an interesting scene with the brightly coloured flowers in the fg and the sea in the bg;I like it, two shots for the price of one!
The light on the plants is just right so that we can see all the details.
Good to see people on the beach, enjoying the fresh air and the scenery.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi LuDivine,
This is more like it! :D. Nice and bright, the flash has worked wonders for this scene. Shyguek is very correct - these are Aloe Vera plants. It's known to be a medicine, I've used it in the past before for things like blisters, insect bites, rashes etc etc. They even make Aloe Vera drinks and soap. Has so many uses, think I've still got a plant or two outside, lol. Anyway, very fine crop and beautiful colours. The thin horizon with the island off to one sides looks great. Nice work my friend.

TFS,
Scott.

Hello LuDivine,

Your composition makes a wonderful feature of the Aloe Vera with their blush coloured flowers.
The angled line of the beach and pale blue sea make a pleasing contrast in the b/g.

Kind regards,
Bev :-)

dear LuDivine Laurent,
a wonderful view of wild Aloe field.
also in Japan, we can see wild Aloe at south area.
those are both for eating and caring the inflammation or burn.
anyway, fore aloe field and distant island on the sea are well balanced in this shot.
and the flash looks a part of natural light, it is nice using.
thank you,
Akihisa

Nice shot LuDivine,
the fill flash works well - the nearest plant is nicely lit and looks quite natural
well done
Jack

Hi LuDevine,
Missed this one yesterday; this one is well lightened and the DOF is fine. Good sharpness of the flowers. The used flash isn't disturbing. I just wonder why you don't show more photo info so we can give better advise regarding your camera settings. Anyway a fine posting!
Hans

Hi LuDivine,

I like this photo! :-)

The flowering succulents in the FG lead me into the distance. Effective POV used to achieve this. Good colouring and exposure. Good clarity also. Superb photo and well presented. TFS.
