Hi Bryan.
Nice shot of the band. I wish i had taken my big camera
with me today, as the nikon speed is not fast enough for this kind of shot, this was the best of a bad lot.
But well done on yours.
John.

regards ,
Arik

Hi , Bryan. Nice shot very nostalgic for me. The band looks great with DOF and clarity. Reminds me of my time in Edinburgh TFS and cheers.

Hi Bryan,

Bri

G'day Bryan. I love the sound of a pipe band. Makes the hairs on my arms stand up!!!
Nice wide panoramic view of this band as they head towards you. I like the yellowish cast of this shot .. don't know if that was intentional, but I like it. I might have cropped down just a little more from the top in this one.. just my opinion though of course :)
Hope you're having a nice weekend.
Trudy

Wee a hundred Pipers an Ah & Ah,we'll up and give them a bla & Ah.
Good detailed capture of the pipers Bryan, I'm glad they were ahead of the 314 horses for sure:)
Would you know what clan tartan they are wearing? You did well in your framimg, though I may have taken out the guy with the bright jacket in the background or changed the colour of it to grey. Enjoy the weekend, looking forward to more from this event.
Regards

Ron

Hi Bryan

Really nice scene you have captured here. Great to see the two children in the background have followed the guys with their eyes. The guys obviously caught the childrens attention. What a pity we can't add sound. There is nothing like the sound of a bagpipe!

good pov Bryan. Whats the tartan they all seem to be wearing? You know certainly how to throw a party up there. TFS
warm regards
David

Bry, GREAT SHOT of this piper orchestra! I can almost hear their pipes! I am a big fan and lover of bagpipes. But even more so of the British (excuse me), and Scottish brass bands. I have several recordings of Scot brass bands, the heart and soul of music as far as I am concerned. When I die and am laid to rest, a lone bagpiper is in my will request to play. What? I haven't decided yet. Any suggestions??

Warm Regards, JoeGOFF, Louisville, KY

Hello Bryan,
A mighty fine parade scene. So attractive and colorful, the pipe band appears in good synchoronicity. Ron's ws is effective in removing the color cast. Best regards and TFS...Danilo

Hi bryan

Missed this one. Good repetition of the pipers. Perhaps I'd boost contrast slightly? The wide angled panoramic format works well here. Excellent sharpness & framing. Tfs! Have a great weekend!
