[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Glendalough the celtic for the glen with two loughs,situated in county Wicklow.only two buildings left standing the fore one is named St Kevins Kitchen and the larger one is the famous round tower where the monks seeked refuge mainly from attacking Vikings.The buildings were built in the 6th century by St Kevin, most of the other building are just shells a visit is worth going aprt from the monastery the area especially on a good day is really beautifulregards

Hello James,

This looks like beautiful, and interesting.
You have composed the shot very well from the layers of colour, to the positioning of the focal building.
The colours are nicely saturated.

You don't give any exif data so I'm not sure which F stop you used but, to me, it looks a little soft. I popped it in PS and just a little sharpening does give it more crispness.

yeah, i had some "fun" with the roundtower when i was there 2 years ago.*g* excellent capture of the amazing place, i like the
old stone building placed on the left side and the nice blue sky with its puffy white clouds above. great job & best wishes, thor.
