Certainly a good photo opportunity, but this does feel quite like a snapshot.
There doesn't seem to be much thought behind your placement of horizon or the pylons of the structure. The horizon is also visibly tilted.
Perhaps if you rotated the photo to level the horizon, and tried some alternative crops to see if there was a more engaging way to present this shot, you might find a way to improve it?
