Your this portrait of Zainab is lovely and cute.I am sure with regular posting your photograph you will learn the basics of composition,editing and taking the shots in various situations,environment and conditions.I suggest you visit maximum galleries and see the comments and critiques on posts.Then do incorporate those pros and cons in your work.Also do give comments and do workshops on various posts by the fellow members,Its a very good way to learn the techniques.Never be disheated by harsh critiques these are meant to improve remeber truth is always harsh.Do not be impressed by the points a picture gets go for the technical merits always.Do write a photographers note with your post for the consumption of viewer as how you perceive the post,what were the conditions and how you shoot it or anything you want to share with reference to the post.
I have done a workshop of this portrait you may like to comment upon it.That wrkshop is my perception and in any case no workshop can be better than the original photograph.i am so sorry that I am without any smileyes so do not mind it .
