Hi Neeraj,
you said it yourself, this should be a fun shot. To me it appears as a snap shot of minor quality as everything is blurred due to the exposure.
Maybe you could have corrected that by using some software tools, but I am afraid that this shot won't become better than.
What caused that bright spot in the upper centre? A lamp? It was the source of brightness for this shot but it is so bright that it shouldn't be included here.
You've cropped the camera on the right. That makes this shot look even more as a snapshot. Maybe paying a bit more interest to the composition might have helped you to avoid this.
