spectacular sunset, my favorite colors, the ambiance,
that round disk in the horizon fading into that passing cloud,

Good Morning Lili,

The sky is like rich silk with its fine sheen and merging tones, spreading calmly over the molten ripples of the sea. The two are ddivided by the silhouette of land, merging with the shadows.

I like this capture of the sun. I have the same camera and lens and many times I get digital burnout around the sun. I am assuming you under exposed somewhat to get it right. I also like the WS. In fact I like it better as the rock in silhouette provides a secondary focal point.

A beautiful moment, with the fiery but peaceful energy of the setting sun. I think I might like the workshop image even better, if that's possible:) The horizontal effect is strong and expansive, accented by the black borders and silhouetted land.
