Hi Brian,
A nice set-up presentation of this book with those leafs.
The subject is sorrow reading on battles and you adopted a nice thorny leaf to coop with the subjct!
A nice moody presentation with a complementing PP work.
I like the sepia adaptation to the subject matter!
Well done,

Francis Xavier

Hi Brian,

This is a great composition that reminds of your earlier postings. I love the use of the effects here. The warmth of the little colouring in this image is great and the weed creating some more structure and yet a little romantic atmosphere to it, is well chosen.

Thanks for sharing,

Heike

Hi Brian,

Great idea, and the results you achieved are amazing. A very simplistic shot, but you've done so much with it. Wonderful graphism in this.

Werner

Nice!! Well, I'm a rebel! HA! Can't be anything else if you are in the south! This is super nice Brian! VERY artistic shot, love the softening and vignetting around the edges. The color makes it look old! Really nice creativity here!

What a beautiful image!I love the colors and the blury effect all around the book.A nice moody picture.I would have maybe cloned out a part of the book cover that we can see on the left side.Otherwise this is excellent.
