Nice shot.
Right exposure, good lighting and contrast.
The blacks are strong, yet the skin tones are lite, *that's the contrast factor..)))
As for the colors....they're a little on the cold side, adding yellow and a small amount of red...would get rid of the magenta/bluish cast.

The subject is well pose, and the background was well choosen with it's complementory colors.
