Crepe Jasmine or sometimes it is called 'carnation of India'. Very common flower in this part of the world and widely used for the offering and worshiping God. Almost every hindu family grows this for this purpose. It has no particular distinctive smell.

Hi Gupta Jee,
i have two plants full of flowers at my home and tried so many times to capture the bloom but failed to capture such focused and precise shot.very accurate focus indeed,balanced contrasts no OE despite white color.Yes you are right they have very light fragrance.Your composition with soft BG looks good too.TFS
