[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
During my stay in Japan, My military base would host the local Bon Odori every year. This was a time of friendship and good cheer between our two nations. The Bon Odori is a traditional Buddist folk dance. 90% of the dancers were women. I was never tired of going to these festivals. Always a good time had by all. this imaged was scanned at a high resulution. The blurriness comes from the low light. So the detail is not there. I did make a duplicate image in b/w and erased the areas that I liked. Added frame. Thanks for looking
