it's a good title.. sounds as the title of a moody movie..
image is nice.. by an ISO enough low (100) you have taken a perfect steady image.. really well focused.. with the light, i suppose, was not so strong..
details are good.. but what i really like is the BG.. nice coloured and out of focus..

Nice treatment, the focus on the bee is soft but u can not say that its not a good focus. Its in fair enough focus for me :)

The colors r too good :)
Composition wise i'd have preferred if it was more at the right top of the frame :)

Superb sharpness & dof on the fly, with a wonderful yellow green colour contrast between the different vegetation. The backlight through the transparent waterdrops is nice. Bagus sekali!

Hi Terry,
What stunning detail you captured on the fly. It must have been drinking from the raindrop.
The surrounding colours help show off the fly, well done.
My eyes are almost healed, I see the specialist on Wednesday for the final time.
Then I will get new prescrition glasses.
Things are 'looking good'....;)

I must have missed this one - Excellent spotting! I was trying to photograph a fly the other day but didn't have much luck so I have a decent amount of respect for this shot. The focus looks very precise, nice text-book composition too. The colours look really bold and eye-catching here, the dark neutral colours of the fly really make it stand out. Well done.
