Beautifully captured emotion. Composition is great, too bad those beautiful eyes aren't sharper. But turning the photo to B&W was a good choice.

May I ask you? are all these childrens yours, or what is your activity with children. Perhaps you have already said it, but I missed it.

This is a very good portrait photograph. It is soft as befit the child. You can see the roundness of the face without resorting to much darkening of the face other half. you have your focus right on the face with the eyes sharp and on level with the camera.
