A baby lizard I found perfectly camouflaged on a dead tree branch. I wouldn't have seen it if it didn't move slightly to catch a small insect.
Unfortunately, I did not bring my macro lens so I had to shoot it with my 70-300mm at long end from around 5 feet away... the VR proved it's usefulness here.
Strobist info:
Remote flash with CTO gel clamped on a tree branch from the upper left with DIY grid spot made of black straws. (I was able to take four shots before it scampered away)

- Burned edges a bit
