Another one from my trip to Mount Titlis in Switzerland.

This was taken in Engelberg, near the cable car station where you will take cable car to go to the mount titlis.
This day, there was a thick cloud cover on engelberg, thought couldn't see anything but the station master at engelberg told me 1st go to mt. titlis there u wouldn't find any cloud and full sunshine and then afterwards wen u come back the clouds would have gone in the evening. to my surprise he was nearly 100% correct. as he said, the clouds were clearing up here in the evening same as someone would be pulling out the window's curtain of the house to see the actual beauty of the nature.

Thanks for passing by.

Terrible colours, I'm sorry.

It's an interesting shot Sanjib - personally I find the carpark is a very unpleasant foreground for an otherwise magnificent view. IMHO the cars compete for attention with the mountain and that spectacular sky, and I can't really understand why you wouldn't want to seek a better POV?

The treatment of this could be better too, there is considerable grain/noise in the sky as well as some graduated jpeg lines visible, and even a couple of specks or smudges in the shot.

Certainly a beautiful potential subject but I think let down by a couple of technical factors - sorry I can't be more glowing of this one.

cheers
Rew

Yes a very nice place
This is where I do ski in winter time
The colours of your photo are a bit strange to me to warm to yellow?

Oh my, mixed reviews here Sanjib, but the thumbnail caught my eye! First, your comp is EXCELLENT, very nice on that. The colors are a bit over saturated and the levels are too flat, photo is too small. But the scene is wonderful, just some minor work needed on this. Do you have the full size file?? I would love to do a WS on this, from the original RAW image. I will send you an email, if you wish to give it a try!
B-)

Hi sanjib

Linda has addressed the minor technical flaws very nicely in her workshop. I'd agree on the superb compo. Tfs!

dear Sanjib,
a mysterious picture of the dreamy view.
the cloud shows us magical effect.
colors are just nice art painting work,
and this combination of natural mountain and artificial cars is illusionary,
whole image is something surrealistic, it is very interesting to my eyes.
thank you for your excellent shot.
