[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a magical mirror effect. I started a picture of a sunset.In photoshop, I increase the canvas size of the actual image, and doubling the height of my canvas size on the bottom side, creating a flipped image, copy it and paste it to a new document on a new layer and transform it by flipping vertically.
Drag the flipped image into the blank area of the original image and that's it, look perfectly mirrored.

Playing the flipped image with the ripple size and ripple magnitude in distortion to create the image is reflected in water.
