The beach at Broadstairs in Kent. During the summer - or at least the warmer days of summer - these sands are visited by literally hundreds of people. Today only a few locals are out and about. The large house at the end of the cliff near the harbour is Bleak House, so named because Charles Dickens stayed here, and is repuited to have written here too. (The Bleak House as in the Dickens novel is actually set in Hertfordshire)
The menacing clouds hurrying overhead meant that the light was changing all the time, but at this moment some better light was comming from behind, picking out the many brightly painted buildings.

Hi Leslie,
Good POV and depth.
The sky gives the right
mood to the capture.
Regards.

Hi Les,
Nice elevated view, looks like you've managed to fit everything within the frame nicely. Very menacing looking clouds indeed, seems to really accentuate the colour of the golden sand below. Well captured.
TFS,
Scott.

I like the menacing atmosphere that the looming overhead clouds give contrasted with the light in the foreground sepecially on the sweep of the surf
