This is simply a big coincidence that today on TL, I posted a picture of painted lady with lavender flowers too :)

Your picture looks better than mine. The focus on the butterfly is perfect with great show of natural colors, taken with nice sharpness and from a well chosen POV. the gentle wind make a great swing to the lavendr sticks, thereby reflecting great mood here.

Hello JJ,

This is a lovely composition with the stem creating a nice diagonal and the butterfly placed in a 'strong' position within the frame.
However, the butterfly does not appear to be quite sharp around the head area. Sorry to be negative.

This is a very exquisite butterfly macro. I can sense it was meticulously composed. I do like the lavenders emanating from the top right of the frame, the smooth background is a highlight and showcases the painted lady nicely. Well done.

Ils vont vachement bien Lyon, ils on gagnées mardi soir, et le FCZ a perdu contre Marseille, nul ces Suisse en Foot.
Fantastiqeu macro, le papillon et les lavande, fantastique netteté, couleur, je crois que la lavande colle merveilleusement bien au papillon.

Comme il paraît loin ce temps où lavande et papillon nous offraient de jolies images!!!
Et oui, cette belle dame a dû bien en profiter quand la lavande était en fleur de se balancer au gré du vent!!!
Le cliché est de toute beauté, aux couleurs naturelles et aux détails merveilleux!!!

Voilà encore une gracieuse image de Belle Dame qui adore la Lavande.
Je trouve les détails excellents.
Je sais que ce n'est pas facile d'un capturé un,
j'ai réussi moi aussi sur ma lavande il se pose délicatement.
J'aime beaucoup le fond, beau contraste avec vanesse.
