Hello Karen
Well seen and nicely captured.
I like the composition and placement of the twin lamps.
The structured horizontal lines adds to the composition and POI.
Nice tones aswell. a little whites in the upper left corner distracts (IMHO)

Hi Karen,
Excellent close-up on these facades and lamps!
The perspective of the horizontal lines is nicely broken by the vertical height of the windows. I like the monochromic bluish tones and the good rendering of the textures. Very elegant image! Bravo! Annie

Hi Karen,
Great shot, the details and exposure looks excellent from the RAW file. Nice idea with the crop, almost feel like I'm standing there looking at them. The verdigris lamps stand out well against the neutral coloured building, quite a busy looking image due to the brick-work. Well seen and captured.
TFS,
Scott.

Hi Karen,
A nice symmetrical shot of these street lamps and lines on this beautiful architecture.
Good subdued lighting bring up the texture of the wall.
A nice agreeable POV with adequate DOF.
Good work and neatly presented.
Best regards,

Hi, Karen -
You made a great choice of POV here which exploits the double lamps and provides lovely graphics along the ornate wall to lead the eye through the frame. Nice combination of sunlight and shadows with very well-managed exposure. The long portrait format compliments the vertical lines of the architecture. I know what you mean about the security guards; whenever I take pictures of buildings, bridges, etc., I get a bit paranoid that someone is going to pull out the Patriot Act and I'll end up in some secret prison in Eastern Europe, but so far I'm still here.

Hi Karen,
This is a beautiful line of sight! Especially the line of lion heads. I like the almost mono chromic color tone here. Well seen and great shot.

Hello Karen,
This is a very nice architecture photo, I like this POV with the perspective and the lamps in front catching the eys.
