Always when i go to visit Alexandria , i remember my dear friends Jose mbrito and Teresat, Both of them are great photographer and both of them are loving Alexandria as i do.
I posted this one today for them to let them see what is the new in there , this is Stanley Bridge , it had been built to increase the traffic on the sea road in Stanley area .
The Bridge from the implementation of the Arab Contractors Company
Characterized by the beauty of the bridge design is similar to designs where the royal palaces in the whole, and Distinguished by the lighting has contributed to raising the level of the region.
Stanley was explorer of Africa so the bridge and district named Stanley .

I loved Alexandria many years before I came there. Durrel was in the beginning and after , i get really in passion with the characters who lived there. In my mind I create a fantastic universe ...so I keep it like this for manny years. So the day I had the chance of leaving Cairo to Come to Alexandria I was really nervous...maybe I had made Alexandria to "big" in my mind.
I must say it has been a fantastic meeting. It was a little better than I suppose. I am really sorry for not have a camera, at that time. When you put photos from there it´s like I saw the photos I haven´t taken. This bridge is really fantastic of beauty. The composition is superb...thanks, many thanks for the gift and the memory. There is no place in the world look like ALEXANDRIA.
I will come there and take my photos until there you are my camera. Thanks my friend.
