Hi Michael;
First of all, it's great to see Danilo!
I really like the layout, and layers of this shot .. the leaf covered grass in the fore, then the brilliant colored grass dotted with headstones, the little road, more headstones .. it takes your eye right through the shot. Really nice composition.

Hi Michael,

I also meant to discretely take a snap of you but your ability to compose scenes quickly prevented me from doing so. I am just previewing my shots, and surprisingly they turned out reasonably decent considering the cloudy conditions. I like how you framed and processed this one. I had a great time. This is a very nice photo of an impressive place. Your POV leads my eye first to Danilo and then to the horizon obscured by colorful trees, a good thing to do on a cloudy day.

Michael,

I like the fact that you have placed Danilo in the shot. Showing that someone is honoring and appreciating all who have lost their lives. The vastness of the tombstones is almost unreal. I know it must be very moving to see this place. Lisa

Hi Michael,

It's great that you included Danilo in your composition; it shows the respect of the living for the fallen soldiers. Your shot captures the graves from a perspective opposite the one Danilo posted today and shows that they are in perfect rows either way. You've captured the fall colors well at this somber location.

Bonjour Michael,

Nice contribution to the theme. good idea to shoot (photographicaly) your friend. I like all the leaves on the ground it really go with November which is the month of "deads" in Cancada. Nice work and TFS.

Hi Michael,

the title fits the subject: altough the coulisse is the cemetery the eye jumps onto the person. The colors work bright and happy. I'm unsure about the lighting and assume that you increased it during the pp. Great contribution.
