Hi Bev,
This is an awesome capture!
Excellent mix of acuity and blur!
While the web is so sharp, the background with lambs appears through the veil of mist very nicely!
Atmospheric and poetic image! Bravo! Annie

Nice capture of the dewy web with great details, Bev!

Recently, I also took some shots from dewy webs :)

I like the sharpness and POV in the capture, keeping the web slightly off-centered, make this picture very eye-catching. The blurred cows in the BG are simply a great bonus.

Very well done.

best regards,
Paras

Sorry, out of point for today.

Hi Bev,

Really nice, super idea to capture the sheep out of focus in the background and with a lovely early morning misty coloured sky ( I feel a song coming on) well exposed and good PP work.

Wow, nicely done. All around great photograph

Hi Bev,

This has to be one of the best web photos I've ever seen. Very creative use of the light showing the beautiful morning. Nice of the sheep to pose in the background for you!

Lisa

Hello, great image needle sharp against the sillhouettes. Background colors are good too.Regards Otto.

Oh, Bev! That is BEAUTIFUL!
The dew on the web makes it look like a diamond necklace and I LOVE the softly silhouetted sheep in the BG. Lovely morning light, wonderful soft morning color, excellent composition. Jeeze, that a great shot! Many thanks and warmest wishes,
Shelly

Hi Bev,
Very nice spotting, the morning dew really makes the cobweb stand out. I like the out of focus sheep in the background, despite the deep DOF. The colours are great too. Bravo.

TFS,
Scott.

Hi Bev,
Beautiful shot with excellent focus on the web and brilliant shallow DoF. The bg colours are superb and the framing of the subject is excellent. TFS

Hello Bev,a great shot with the sharp focus on the spider's web which has been enhanced by the drops of rain/dew.The blurred shapes of the sheep and the colours of the bg work well with the fg interest.I find my eyes moving from fg to bg all the time, well done.
The composition with the diagonal line of the web is excellent.
Tfs, best wishes Jean.

Hello Bev,

The diagonal of the top of the web, dividing the image roughly into 2/3:1/3 proportions, and the centre of the web being placed close to an intersection of thirds, make a satisfying composition.

The weak morning sun throws the sheep into blurred silhouette, and the bokeh effect is remarkably strong, even though you used a small aperture of F29.

A fine picture.

Kind regards,

Peter.

This is fantastic Bev. I just love the sharp focus on the spiderweb, with the faintly sihouetted sheep in the BG. Very well spotted on your part, and also well composed and taken.
Great job
Trudy

Hi Bev:
I really enjoyed this spider web in the morning light,I couldn't resist making a few small adjustments to the levels and some desaturation.... thanks for new take on a spiderweb.....Roman:0)

Hello Bev,

These early morning shots are having great impact!
You have shown real vision, here!
The filigree web, stretching diagonally across the frame, like a jewelled magnifying glass through which to the blurred sheep, is very well conceived.
The noise is minimal for such a high ISO. I have a feeling it would be greater with my camera.

Have a good day,
Bev :-)

Hi Bev
excellent close up of dewy web. it looks like string of tiny beads.
nicely composed and capture with the blurry flock sheep at the bg. good contrast.
greetings
tsilla

simply a great bokeh
the exposure is fine and the composition is original
less elements than with the previous post (even if each element is nice), better to focus on the essential
