[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Roxas Blvd, Manila

Everything seem to move in warp speed compared to this kalesa or horse-drawn carriage. This quintessential symbol of old Manila still endures in the modern metropolis

Tech:
- i forgot to bring a tripod, so I just used the pavement. I could not see what I was shooting since the camera is on the ground level.
- used incandescent/tungsten white balance setting
- 25 seconds @ f/8, 14mm

Great immage and verry good photo.Best regards.Alin.

Hello Allan

A very interesting image. I like the colors and the POV. The image shows a sign of the past with the carrage, and progress with the crain on top of the building. Interesting.

Regards
Jimmy

Hello Allan,

Excellent shot and wonderful composition.
Amazing good POV.
Great clarity, light and colors.

Best regards,
Tatjana

I recognise that intersection. ;) You did a great job "shooting blind" like this - composition and POV turned out very well!
Rew

a great contrast ,
thanks Allan

Wonderful composition, exposure and effective ultra wide POV! Your improvisation is even more impressive and looks like you got the result you wanted despite the lack of equipment and this is what makes it more challenging. Good work here and TFS!

Dilshan

Always a treat to see your posting Allan. Superb low pov, the calesa glows, this is simply terrific. Cheers
