This is a great shot and bird is very sharply in focus. Good composition also and nice use of DOF to really make the main subject the focal point. However the lack of notes still baffles me and you should really get in the habbit of at least telling a story about this shot to make it more interesting and shed some light on your photographic technique. Well done otherwise.
