On a trip to Vancouver Island, we had heard about this great bakery located mid Island in Mill bay.
The shop is both a bakery & a coffee shop so we sampled some of the baked goods while sipping a coffee & had the opportunity to take a shot of the baker @ work,posting this,reminds me of how good their bread was:)

What a cool shot, Ron,
The exposure is outstanding and great use of flash. Nice clear natural color, excellent detail, well composed with your baker up on his ladder and he has such a pleasant expression. That is a VERY well done photo. Many thanks and kind regards,
