[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I took family photos for a friend of mine yesterday. I like to make use of light in my photo. I did this at about 5PM. The light is getting less bright and yellow. Very beautiful. My 200mm f 2.8L is amazing in handling this kind of picture.

Hey there Sothy,
The lighting is very well captured. The details are great, and the frame & presentation is very eyecatching. I really love your point of view, and how the sun is in the corner of the picture. The rays of sun are even visible, which is clearly amazing.
However, I feel that if you were to crop some of the left side of the picture, it would be just as effective, if not more. I will do a small workshop; hope you don't mind!!
Thanks a bunch.
Leanne

As I've mentioned in previous critiques, light is something you handle very well and I don' tknow if enough people recognise that.

The effect here is fantastic, with the corona of sunlight flaring around your subject; the frame is good too.

Is it the best way to present a portrait of two people? I don't know. The light almost plays more of a role in this photo than the subject. But as a showcase of possibilities, I really like it.

Hello Sothy! Wonderful pair, amazing people, nice lightness, very nice colours. Original portrait. Well done!

Sothy,

Beautifull light indeed. You madevery good use of the 'golden hour'
I'm sure your friends will still look at this photo 20 years from now.
DOF is also veru well done in combination with the ambilight.
You should be proud of this one :)
