Although I am an amateur, when I worked for a publication, I wrote a feature story and took my own photos. This is one out of the barn window looking out through the rain. I have several I may post that I really like.

I like this photo,Tracy! Nice shot! Great "natural" frame, good composition! Well done! Michel

This is cool! I like how the fence and grass stand in contrast with the "greyness" of the sky and the weathered wood. It's a comforting and tranquil picture. Really easy to look at. Makes me a little bit homesick. Good job.
Terry

WELCOME TO TL Tracy! I like the angle and the subject...
Suggestions
-----------

1) Use an editor and make the area around the window completely dark as it really adds impac.
2) Add a bit of saturation.

Thats it :)

Take care...
- Hima.

Like the last critique, I love the natural framing, and the greenness of the grass and the white of the fence really pop against the barn. I dont know what kinde of camera your using but if you used a tripod and slowed your shutter speed you might of gotten clear rain drops. Even the rusty roof adds to the picture. :)

J'aime les images qui passent du contre jour à la lumière , Très bien fait ici,, Bravo et merci de ta visite et de tes bons mots,, Réal,Québec, canada,,,bye,,bye,,
